Estonian Market event at the Geneva Chamber of Commerce: 5 October 2020, Geneva

On 5 October 2020, Geneva Chamber of Commerce and Estonian Foreign Ministry are co-organising an Estonian Market Focus event to provide information on the Estonian business environment and investment opportunities. The seminar will be opened by the Prime Minister of Estonia, Mr. Jüri Ratas, and will include first-hand accounts of the Swiss companies who have established operations in Estonia.

Estonia is one of the most advanced digital societies in the world, where 99% state services are online. It takes only a few hours to start a company and minutes to declare taxes. The nation is among the top countries in Europe in terms of start-ups per capita and its R&D ecosystem and digital capabilities make it an innovation hotspot. This creates an environment that allows solutions and services to be researched, developed, and delivered globally. As IT becomes the value driver across all industries, Estonia is uniquely positioned as the choice for digital-and-knowledge based business.
